Find a quiet space and sit or lie down comfortably.

Close your eyes and take a few slow, deep breaths.

Gently bring your awareness to your feet. Feel them touching the ground or resting softly.

Move your attention upward, to your legs, hips, and abdomen.
Notice any warmth, lightness, or tension. -
Continue to your chest and shoulders — relax them with each exhale.

Feel the subtle rhythm of your heartbeat,
the rise and fall of your breathing. -
Move up to your neck, face, and head, releasing any remaining tension.

Sense your entire body as a single, peaceful presence —
grounded, calm, and alive.
Whisper softly to yourself:
I am aware. I am grounded. I am at peace.
